Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & payment

Enrollment in any course is confirmed once the required booking details and applicable fees are received. Fees cover the full 30-day program unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation & rescheduling

We understand plans change. Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra cost. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Lesson conduct & safety

Students are expected to follow all instructions given by their instructor for the safety of everyone on the road. Prodrive reserves the right to pause or end a lesson if a student’s conduct puts themselves, the instructor, or others at risk.

4. The 30-day program

Our standard program is structured as 28 days of lessons leading up to your driving test, followed by 2 post-licence refresher sessions. Timelines may shift slightly to accommodate RTO test scheduling, weather, or instructor availability.

5. Vehicles & equipment

All training vehicles are maintained and insured by Prodrive. Students are not permitted to drive training vehicles outside of scheduled lessons without prior written permission.

6. Liability

While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure student safety, Prodrive is not liable for outcomes of the official driving test, which is conducted and assessed by the relevant government authority.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
